At B5IVE Denim, we are committed to delivering premium denim products and exceptional customer service. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth and fair process.
You may request a return or replacement within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be initiated via bank transfer/UPI within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) must be provided.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged.
The request is made beyond the 14-day return period.
Items fall under final sale/clearance category (if applicable).
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team at bfivenew@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Customers are required to ship the product back safely in its original packaging. (Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.)
Once we receive your return, our quality check team will inspect the product.
If approved, the refund or replacement will be processed as per Section 2.
If rejected (due to ineligibility), the product will be returned back to you.
