Rewards and Loyalty Program Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to the B5ive Rewards and Loyalty Program (the "Program"), designed exclusively for customers of B5ive, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) clothing brand based in India. This Program aims to reward our loyal customers for their continued support and engagement with our brand. By participating in the Program, you earn B5ive Coins (our loyalty points) on eligible purchases and activities, which can be redeemed for exciting rewards. Participation in the Program also grants you membership in our Exclusive Club, providing access to insider updates on the latest products, fashion trends, exclusive previews, and special offers.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the Program. By enrolling or participating, you agree to abide by these terms. B5ive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

  • The Program is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older who are residents of India.
  • Enrollment is automatic upon creating an account on our website or app and making your first qualifying purchase. No separate registration is required.
  • Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts may result in disqualification and forfeiture of B5ive Coins.
  • Employees of B5ive and their immediate family members are eligible to participate but may be subject to additional restrictions.

3. Earning B5ive Coins

B5ive Coins are earned based on your interactions with our brand. The primary ways to earn coins are as follows:

  • Placing an Order: Earn 5 B5ive Coins for every ₹1 spent on eligible purchases (excluding taxes, shipping fees, discounts, and returns). For example, a purchase of ₹1,000 would earn you 5,000 B5ive Coins.
  • Additional earning opportunities may be introduced from time to time, such as referrals, reviews, or social media engagements, and will be communicated via email or our website.

Coins are credited to your account within 7-14 days after the order is delivered and the return window has closed. In case of returns or cancellations, earned coins will be deducted proportionally.

4. Redeeming B5ive Coins

  • Order Discount: Redeem 100 B5ive Coins for ₹1 off on your next order. For example, 10,000 B5ive Coins can be redeemed for a ₹100 discount.
  • Redemptions can be applied during checkout on our website or app, subject to a minimum order value (if applicable) and availability.
  • Coins cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another account, or combined with certain promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • Additional redemption options may be added in the future and will be updated on our platform.

5. Exclusive Club Benefits

In addition to earning B5ive Coins, all Program participants become members of the B5ive Exclusive Club. As a member, you will receive:

  • Early access to updates on our latest products, collections, and fashion trends.
  • Invitations to exclusive events, webinars, or previews.
  • Personalized recommendations and priority customer support.

Club membership is tied to your active participation in the Program and may be revoked if your account becomes inactive for an extended period.

6. Coin Expiry and Account Inactivity

  • B5ive Coins expire 12 months after they are earned, unless otherwise specified in a promotion.
  • If your account remains inactive (no purchases or logins) for 24 months, all accumulated coins may be forfeited, and your membership may be terminated.

7. General Terms and Conditions

  • B5ive Coins have no cash value and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged.
  • We reserve the right to audit accounts for suspicious activity, such as fraud or abuse, and may deduct coins or terminate participation without notice.
  • The Program is subject to all applicable Indian laws, including tax regulations. Any taxes on rewards are the responsibility of the participant.
  • In the event of a dispute, B5ive's decision is final.
  • By participating, you consent to receive Program-related communications via email or SMS. You may opt out at any time, but this may affect your ability to earn or redeem coins.

8. Limitation of Liability

B5ive shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in the Program, including but not limited to technical issues, delays in crediting coins, or changes to the Program.
